  • 6 c. assorted cut-up vegetables such as: broccoli florets, green beans, cauliflowerets, sugar snap peas, bell pepper strips, diagonally sliced carrots, mushrooms, onions, yellow squash and zucchini
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
