- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 1 can chicken stock
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 5 c. water
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 medium carrots
- 2 medium onions
- 1 small hot pepper
- 1 bunch broccoli
Directions

1Combine canned chicken stock, cream of chicken soup and 2 cups water; set aside.

2Cook all other vegetables and chicken until very tender; cut in small pieces.

3Puree all vegetables and chicken breast in blender.

4Add pureed vegetables and chicken breast to stock.

5Simmer on low flame 1/2 hour.

6Serve with garlic crackers or corn muffins.
