- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (just A Quick Drizzle Added To The Butter)
- 2 whole Cod Fillets
- 2 Tablespoons Homemade Taco Seasoning Or That Store Bought Stuff
- 4 Low-fat Taco Shells/Tortillas
Directions

1In a large high-sided skillet add butter, lemon juice and oil and heat over medium-high heat.

2Swirl the pan to make sure the oil mixture covers the skillet.

3Add fish fillets.

4Allow them to cook about a minute.

5Add the first tablespoon of taco seasoning to the top side, covering both fillets.

6Flip the fillets and add the second tablespoon of taco seasoning covering the other side of each.

7Allow the fish to cook for another minute or two until cooked through and flaky, eventually breaking the fish up into small pieces as it cooks.

8Once fish is cooked through, add it to the taco shell.

9Taco it up with all of your favorite taco toppings.
