- bananas, peeled
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. coconut milk
- 1 c. oil
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
- coconut (optional)
Directions

1Peel bananas; set aside for 15 minutes.

2Blend together the flour, baking powder and salt.

3Add slowly to the cold water, beaten egg and coconut milk.

4Heat oil in wok.

5Reduce heat; slip bananas into batter.

6Slide in carefully, 3 at a time.

7Turn over once.
-
8Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

9Coconut is optional.
