1Cut up the bacon strips in small pieces, then put them in a heavy skillet and put the broken up beans on top to fill the skillet.

2Put the lid on and cook them at 325°, stirring quite often.

3When they begin to stick to bottom of skillet, add water (a cup or so), then let them steam, stirring them and adding more water as needed so they won't stick.

4Will take about 1 hour.
