  • pieces of bacon
  • raw green beans or yellow beans
  • water

Directions

    Cut up the bacon strips in small pieces, then put them in a heavy skillet and put the broken up beans on top to fill the skillet.

    Put the lid on and cook them at 325°, stirring quite often.
  3. 3
    When they begin to stick to bottom of skillet, add water (a cup or so), then let them steam, stirring them and adding more water as needed so they won't stick.

    Will take about 1 hour.
