- 1 - Keebler Shortbread Piecrust
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 can Pie filling (your choice)
- 1 c flaky coconut
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1/4 c Wheat germ
Directions

1Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk.

2Bake crust at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until light brown.

3Pour the pie filling into the pie crust, if using filling with big chunks I sometimes cut the fruit into smaller pieces.

4Mix in bowl remaining ingredients.

5Mix together to form a crumbly topping.

6Sprinkle the topping on the top of the filling.

7Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until topping is light brown (the filling may bubble over).
