- 2 lb. catfish, cleaned and skinned
- 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 3 Tbsp. Crisco
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Wipe fish with damp cloth.

2Mix flour, salt, pepper and cornmeal.

3Roll Mr. Catfish in mixture and fry in hot Crisco until golden brown on one side.

4Flip and brown other side.

5Total cooking time is about 8 to 10 minutes.
