- 4 lb. catfish fillets
- 1 c. milk (for marinating)
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- oil (for pan or deep frying)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut fish into serving pieces.

2Soak fish pieces in milk for 1 hour.

3Mix flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper and seasonings together. Drain fish and coat with cornmeal mixture.

4Deep fry in oil at 375° a few pieces at a time until golden brown or pan-fry on both sides until lightly brown and done to your liking.
