- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt, divided
- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- 4 (6 oz.) catfish fillets
- 1 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine eggs and milk, buttermilk and hot sauce; add 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned salt and set aside.

2Combine flour and remaining seasoned salt in a shallow dish.

3Dredge each fillet in flour mixture; dip in egg mixture and dredge again in flour mixture.

4Pour vegetable oil in a heavy skillet and fry fillets over medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until golden.
