Fried Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs (if small 3)
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 gal. oil

Directions

    Cut cauliflower into small stem pieces.

    Boil in water for 10 minutes.

    Drain in colander.

    In a bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.

    In a different bowl, beat eggs, then add milk and beat. Dip the cauliflower pieces into egg mixture and then into the flour.

    On high heat, prepare oil in frying pan.

    When hot, lower to medium and fry cauliflower pieces.

    When brown, remove and drain on paper towel.
