  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
  • vegetable oil

    Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper; coat chicken.

    Heat oil in skillet.

    Cook chicken in oil until light brown on all sides, 10 minutes.
