  • 2 Cups Plain Flour
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1 Tsp Ground Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Ground Chilli
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Dried Sage Leaves

    Put all dried ingredients into a bowl and mix together

    In a separate bowl, add the buttermilk and egg, and whisk together

    Coat the chicken breast in the flour mixture
  4. 4
    Then, dip the chicken breast in the egg and milk mixture, and back in the flour (do this until the chicken is completely coated)

    Repeat this sequence with all pieces of chicken

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan till hot enough to fry.

    Emerse the chicken pieces in the vegetable oil till the flour mixture is crispy.
