- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups oil

1Place chicken in shallow baking dish.

4Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to marinate.

5Mix flour and remaining salad dressing mix in plastic bag.

7Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

8Add chicken; brown on all sides.

9Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
