- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. flour
- Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
- powdered chicken soup stock
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Beat the milk, salt and eggs together.

2Pour over the chicken pieces.

3Soak the chicken 3 to 4 hours.

4Remove the pieces and shake the chicken in a bag containing the flour, pepper, soup stock powder and season salt.

5Fry in 1/4-inch deep hot oil until crisp.
