- 4 ounces, weight Raw Walnut Halves
- 4 teaspoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Coarse Salt
- 18 teaspoons Ground Cloves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a Silpat or parchment paper.

2Combine walnuts, maple syrup, and olive oil in a medium mixing bowl, stirring to evenly coat the walnuts.

3In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, salt, and cloves.

4Add the spice mixture to the walnuts, stirring again to evenly distribute the spices.

5Bake until walnuts are very fragrant and toasted, about 10 minutes.

6Allow the walnuts to cool on the baking sheet prior to serving.

7Walnuts can be stored in an airtight container.
