- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 to 2 qt. cooking oil
Directions

1Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.

2Combine egg and milk.

3Dip chicken in egg mixture.

4Drop into paper bag with flour.

5Shake to coat.

6Place in hot oil in heavy deep skillet. Cover.

7Fry at 350° to 400° until brown.
