- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- Crisco oil (enough to fry chicken)
Directions

1Wash and drain chicken breasts.

2Cut into long fingers.

3Mix egg and milk in small bowl.

4Mix flour and Mrs. Dash in shaking bag.

5Dip chicken fingers in egg and milk mixture and then shake in flour bag until well coated.

6Fry chicken 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
