  • Vegetable Oil, For Frying
  • 3 whole Large Flour Tortillas
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cups White Sugar

Directions

    Heat one inch of oil in a skillet.

    Cut tortillas into bite-size strips.

    Combine cinnamon and sugar in a medium-size Ziploc bag.

    Once oil is heated, drop in as many strips as you can fit in your skillet.

    Flip frequently until golden brown.

    Remove from oil (letting as much oil drip off as possible) and toss in the baggie until coated with cinnamon sugar.

    Repeat until all strips are cooked and coated.
