- 1 c. milk (to start)
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- salt and pepper to taste

1Shuck and silk corn.

2Scrape corn off cob; mix with milk, cornstarch and seasoning.

3Melt butter in skillet.

4Pour all ingredients into skillet; cook on medium-low until tender, adding milk as needed.
