- 6 to 8 ears fresh corn, shucked
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Cut top off corn; scrape milky white substance from cob.

2This makes about 4 cups kernels.

3Mix corn, salt and water together. Melt butter in a large skillet.

4Add corn; cook over medium heat, stirring to be sure it won't burn on the bottom.

5Cook for 15 minutes or until corn is tender.
