- 1 pound, 1-23 ounces, weight Curd
- 5 Tablespoons Oil
- 5 cloves Garlic, Chopped Finely
- 2 whole Onions, Chopped Finely
- 5 whole Green Chilis, Chopped Finely
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric
Directions

1Add some water to the curd make it bit liquid-y (you can use a mixer for this).

2Add some oil to a pan and when hot, add the garlic.

3When garlic is bit browned, add the onion and green chilis, which will take some time to brown.

4Add salt and turmeric according to taste.

5Lower the heat on your stove and add the liquefied curd mixture.

6Let it warm for 20 seconds and take it off heat.

7Stir for approximately 1 minute.

8Now you are ready to serve it.
