  • sliced dill pickles
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 5 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 c. flour

Directions

    Mix beaten egg with milk, Worcestershire, Tabasco and 1 tablespoon flour.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix 2 cups flour with salt and pepper to taste in a separate bowl.

    Dip pickles in egg wash, then in flour and in egg wash again and flour.

    Fry in 350° deep fat.

    Fry to golden brown.
