- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 drops hot sauce
- 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 qt. sliced dill pickles, drained
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine egg, milk, 1 tablespoon flour, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce, stirring well.

2Set aside.

3Combine 3 1/2 cups flour, salt and pepper, stirring well.

4Dip pickles into milk mixture and dredge in flour mixture.

5Repeat procedure.

6Deep fry in hot oil (350°) until pickles float to surface and are golden brown.

7Drain on paper towels; serve immediately.

8Yields about 8 1/2 dozen.
