- 2 to 4 Tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 4 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Dip fish fillets into lemon juice. Roll into batter (cornmeal, lemon pepper, onion, pepper and salt). Deep-fry in peanut oil. Wait until fish floats, then wait one minute more before removing.
