- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter or oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Roll flounder in flour.

2Put butter or oil in skillet.

3Add floured fillets.

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook over low flame 10 minutes on each side.

5Remove from pan; sprinkle with lemon juice.
