- 1/3 c. butter or stick margarine, melted
- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. chopped pecans
- 2 1/4 c. baking mix
- 2/3 c. milk or cream
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Spray bottoms and sides of 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.

3Stir together butter, brown sugar and pecans.

4Divide mixture evenly over muffin cups.

5Stir baking mix, milk and granulated sugar until soft dough forms.

6Place a spoonful of dough in each muffin cup.

7Bake 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown.

8Turn pan upside down onto cookie sheet.

9Leave pan over biscuits a few minutes to allow brown sugar mixture to drizzle over biscuits.

10Replace topping from pan onto biscuits.

11Cool slightly before serving; serve warm.
