- 2 apples, cored and diced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 can pineapple (if tidbits or crushed, drain)
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1/4 c. margarine
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 jigger liqueur
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Directions

1Put 1/4 cup margarine in hot skillet; put in apples.

2Cook for 3 minutes.

3Add pineapple; continue cooking on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

4Add bananas, the juice of 1 lime and orange liqueur/Malibu rum, etc.; stir.

5Add blueberries.

6Stir.

7Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

8Add coconut any time.

9Tastes great cold, too.
