Ingredients

  • 2 apples, cored and diced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 can pineapple (if tidbits or crushed, drain)
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 jigger liqueur
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Directions

    Put 1/4 cup margarine in hot skillet; put in apples.

    Cook for 3 minutes.

    Add pineapple; continue cooking on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add bananas, the juice of 1 lime and orange liqueur/Malibu rum, etc.; stir.

    Add blueberries.

    Stir.

    Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Add coconut any time.

    Tastes great cold, too.
