  • 2 lb. extra lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 cups water, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

    Mix meat, stuffing mix, onion, egg whites and 1-1/2 cups of the water until well blended.

    Shape into 8 (5-inch) patties.

    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.

    Add patties; cook 6 min.

    on each side or until cooked through and golden brown on both sides.

    Drain fat from skillet.

    Combine barbecue sauce, remaining 1/2 cup water, the Worcestershire sauce and pepper; pour evenly over patties.

    Reduce heat to low; cover.
