- green or slightly pink tomatoes
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Slice green tomatoes.

2Pour 1/2 cup of milk into shallow bowl. Mix salt and pepper into flour.

3Dip slice of tomato into milk, then dredge in the flour mixture.

4Put into hot oil in frying pan and brown on both sides.

5Serve immediately.
