- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 cup Oil
Directions

1Preheat oil in skillet.

2Slice tomatoes 1/4 inch thick.

3Sprinkle with Salt

4Dredge tomatoes in Buttermilk then in Flour, pressing flour into the tomatoes lightly.

5Fry until golden brown on both sides.

6Season with Salt and Pepper.
