- water
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cook the grits in 4 times as much water.

2Boil several minutes and stir in a heaping tablespoon of flour.

3Remove from fire and stir in egg, mixing thoroughly.

4Add just enough water to make consistency of pancake batter.

5Spoon into hot (375°) grease in size of small pancakes.

6Brown on both sides.
