  • 6 scoops ice cream
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • oil
  • chocolate topping
  • honey

Directions

    Scoop ice cream into a ball, cover and freeze until firm. Combine graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon.

    Roll ice cream in mixture and freeze.

    Beat egg and milk until well blended.

    Quickly coat ice cream in egg mixture, then crumbs again and return to freezer.

    Freeze for 1 to 2 hours.

    Heat oil to 375° in deep fryer. Fry ice cream one at a time for 10 to 15 seconds.

    Serve immediately with topping and honey.
