Fried Lumpia Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 crushed cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 c. finely shredded cabbage
- 3 c. string beans, cut in fine slices
- 1 c. thin strips carrots
- 2 breasts of chicken, cut into small pieces
- 1 can drained garbanzo beans
- lumpia wrappers
- oil (for deep frying)
Directions

1Saute the garlic in olive oil.

2Add onion.

3Cook until soft. Add chicken breasts.

4Brown.

5Add string beans, cabbage, carrots and garbanzo beans.

6Stir and cook until half done.

7Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8Cool in a colander,

9while allowing liquid to drain out.

10When cool, wrap in lumpia wrapper.

11Fry in hot oil.

12Serve with dipping sauce, mixture of vinegar, crushed garlic and black pepper.
