- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1/4 c. all-purpose cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

2In a medium size skillet, melt shortening and butter.

3Pour cornmeal into skillet and brown.

4Add salt, then the cooked macaroni, mixing well.
