  • 2 pounds fish fillets, skinned and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • Flour
  • Olive oil for frying
  • 3/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 68 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1/21 lemon
  • Salt
