  • 2 onions, cut in large pieces
  • 3 red bell peppers, cut in large pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • flour

Directions

    Heat about 1 inch of cooking oil in a nonstick frying pan. Mix vegetables in large pan.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Toss with flour until well coated.

    Drop by handful in hot oil.

    Brown and drop on paper towel.
