- 1/2-inch Mazola corn oil
Directions

1Heat 1/2-inch Mazola corn oil in cast-iron pan until hot.

2Put in hulled peanuts and reduce heat.

3When peanuts begin to brown, take out and place on pan lined with wax paper.

4Salt peanuts. Will get browner as they cool.

5Let cool completely and store in tin can with seal.
