- 4 whole Pheasant Breasts
- 2 cups Pancake Batter
- 6 ounces, fluid (1/2 Can) Sprite
Directions

1Preheat frying oil to 375 degrees.

2Cut pheasant breasts into bite-sized pieces.

3Prepare pancake batter with Sprite instead of water.

4Dip pieces into batter and then fry.

5Fry each side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.

6Remove from oil and place on a cooling rack or paper towel to drain.

7Sprinkle with salt.

8Serve warm and refrigerate leftovers.
