  • 4 whole Pheasant Breasts
  • 2 cups Pancake Batter
  • 6 ounces, fluid (1/2 Can) Sprite

Directions

    Preheat frying oil to 375 degrees.

    Cut pheasant breasts into bite-sized pieces.

    Prepare pancake batter with Sprite instead of water.

    Dip pieces into batter and then fry.

    Fry each side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.

    Remove from oil and place on a cooling rack or paper towel to drain.

    Sprinkle with salt.
