  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli Sharp Cheddar American
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Red onion rings, if desired
