- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil For Frying, Add More As Needed
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- Cavenders Greek Seasoning, To Taste
Directions

1Put a little vegetable or canola oil in an electric skillet or frying pan.

2Add potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, and a little Cavenders.

3Then cook it with the lid on, flipping the potatoes and moving them around every few minutes or so, just to make sure they don't burn.

4They're done when soft and a few of them are breaking up.
