  • 4 whole Large Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil For Frying, Add More As Needed
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • Cavenders Greek Seasoning, To Taste

Directions

    Put a little vegetable or canola oil in an electric skillet or frying pan.

    Add potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, and a little Cavenders.

    Then cook it with the lid on, flipping the potatoes and moving them around every few minutes or so, just to make sure they don't burn.

    They're done when soft and a few of them are breaking up.
