- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.

2Add milk and oil.

3Flour counter and top of dough before rolling.

4Roll dough to 1/4-inch thick.

5Cut into dumplings approximately 1 1/2-inch by 1 1/2-inch.

6Dry slightly for easier handling.

7Drop into boiling broth and chicken.

8Simmer about 15 minutes.
