  • 1 package Cheese Ravioli (roughly 2 Pounds)
  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 3 cups Olive Oil, For Frying
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce, For Dipping

Directions

    Cook and drain your ravioli according to the package instructions.

    Crack your eggs into a shallow bowl and beat.

    Spread your breadcrumbs out into a separate dish.

    Pour enough olive oil into a frying pan to fill it about 2 inches.

    Turn on medium-high heat.

    While oil is heating, dip each ravioli in your egg and then dredge each in the breadcrumbs.

    Set the dredged ravioli on a tray.

    Place several ravioli into your oil, working in batches if you have to (dont crowd the pan).

    Allow to fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.

    Transfer to a paper towel lined dish to drain.

    Repeat with the remaining ravioli.

    Serve warm with a side of heated marinara sauce for dipping!
