  • 3 small pkg. Jell-O (any color desired)
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) bottle lemon juice
  • 2 bottles ginger ale
  • 9 c. hot water
  • 4 c. water
  • 2 (24 oz.) cans pineapple juice

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.

    Set aside.

    Bring sugar and water to boil until completely dissolved.

    Add to Jell-O mixture. Add lemon juice and pineapple juice.

    Mix well and freeze.

    Two hours before using, take out of freezer.

    After becoming slush, add two bottles of ginger ale.

    Serves 50.
