  • 12 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 (13 ounce) packagefrozen lg. cheese ravioli, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

    Cook Ravoili according to package directions.

    Let Cool.

    Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

    Dip each ravioli in egg, then in crumb mixture to coat well on both sides.

    In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil; add ravioli; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden.
