- 2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
- 1 1/2 c. instant brown rice
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cook egg slowly in margarine in large skillet.

2Stir in scallions and rice until lightly browned.

3Add broth; bring to boil.

4Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

5Remove from heat and stir.

6Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
