Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 c. cooked rice (cold)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
Directions

1Lay bacon slices over heating base of wok.

2Turn heat control to 350°.

3Fry bacon until crisp, about 6 minutes.

4Remove bacon. Drain on paper towel and crumble.

5Stir-fry onion 2 minutes in bacon drippings.

6Add cold rice and stir-fry for 7 to 8 minutes. Add soy sauce, water and bacon.

7Reduce heat to 250°.

8Clear wok base by moving rice up along sides.

9Pour eggs on base of wok. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are cooked.

10Break in pieces; mix in rice.

11Reduce heat to warm 200° for serving.
