- 1/4 lb. diced raw bacon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 4 oz. cooked shrimp, beef or pork
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. frozen peas
- salt
- soy sauce
Directions

1Heat oil.

2Scramble eggs (always scramble eggs separately). Remove and fry bacon.

3Stir in scallions.

4Add rice, soy sauce and salt.

5Heat until rice is heated through.

6Add shrimp, beef or pork, peas and eggs.
