- 3 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp.

2Drain and crumble.

3Stir-fry onion in bacon drippings for 2 minutes.

4Add rice and stir-fry for 7 to 8 minutes.

5Add soy sauce, water and crumbled bacon.

6Reduce heat to medium-low.

7Pur eggs on top of rice mixture.

8Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are cooked.
