- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. chopped ham
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. bean sprouts
- 3 c. cold rice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.

2Add eggs and cook, stirring, until set.

3Remove from skillet; set aside.

4Add remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to skillet and heat.

5Add ham, green onions and bean sprouts.

6Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

7Stir in eggs. Add rice and stir to mix the ingredients.

8Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

9Heat through; serve hot.
