- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1-16 oz. can of tomatoes
- 12 ounces tomato paste
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. Ricotta cheese (cottage cheese may be rinsed)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 10 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
Directions

1Brown meat and remove fat. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in separate dish beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients (except Mozzarella cheese). Set aside, then cook lasagna noodles until tender. In a 13x9x2 inch pan, arrange a layer of noodles, then 1/2 of cheese mixture, then a layer of Mozzarella cheese, then meat sauce. Repeat, making sure to end with meat sauce on top. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
